The employment conference was organized by Hiring Our Heroes and Wounded Warrior Project. Hiring Our Heroes is an initiative of the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation. Approximately 40 veterans registered for the event, during which they had interviews with a number of different regional and national employers, including GE, Bank of America, Uber, and others.
