Urbanite is an app that crowd sources data about bars and clubs in an  area, such as information about cover charges or lines to get in. The Clinic was started in response to legal issues relating to MIT student projects, including Jeremy Rubin's Tidbit, a startup that aimed to replace ad monetization with cryptocurrency mining. MIT and Boston University's Law School partnered to create the clinic as a way for entrepreneurs at MIT to receive free legal help from 3rd year BU law students.
