Dan Fiore, and his wife Jennifer Fiore, are working on a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, primarily through online courses. Both have full time jobs and they have a 10-month-old son, Joey Fiore, and the online course allows them to pursue a degree, mostly late at night once the baby is asleep. Dan Fiore works in outside sales at Universal Forest Products, a manufacturer of wood products used in construction, and Jennifer Fiore is the lead in accounts recievable at the VA Medical Center in Manchester, New Hampshire. Jennifer Fiore says they're taking pursuing a degree, "because we made our lives hard after high school. Now we've got good jobs, but I joined the Army [after high school]." She is paying for her education through the GI Bill, and Dan Fiore's job will pay for his classes after 6 months with the company if he maintains his high grades. The couple are currently enrolled in their 5th and 6th courses in the degree program, a 3-year honors program, and taking the course together allows them to share the expenses of books and other related materials.
