President Obama speaks about the American Jobs Act in Manchester, NH (19/40)

People watch as US President Barack Obama delivers a speech at the Central High School gymnasium in Manchester, New Hampshire, on Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2011. During the speech, Obama directly challenged Congress on the economy and spoke about the American Jobs Act, a law he stresses as necessary to ease taxes for ordinary Americans and promote job growth. The speech was interrupted briefly by Occupy protesters who were quickly drowned out by supporters.
